Within Germany, shipping is free of charge for orders of €50 or more, otherwise, we charge €3.95.

Shipping to Austria is free on orders with a value of €50 or more, otherwise, we charge €6.95.

Within Germany, your package will be with you within 2-3 days.

Shipping to Austria takes 3-4 days.

In Switzerland, your parcel will take 4-7 days to reach you. The duration of customs clearance depends on the authorities.

For the rest of the EU, a delivery time of 5-10 days applies.

All orders are sent for immediate processing and therefore cannot be canceled. If an issue occurs, please urgently contact our customer service team to assist you if possible. You have however 30 days from the receipt of the package to return the goods to us unopened and unused for a refund.

For best results, we recommend using the mask once a week.
